How do I do this? I'm sure I've done it before, but can't work it out now! It would be for someone whose already sent me a message.

Go to your messages, and you have a screen with three tabs: Inbox, Sent Messages & Your Contacts. On the Contacts tab, find the contact you want to share with and place a tick in the box against the name. You will also be able to see whether you can view their tree in the same place. You can revoke a tree sharing permission by removing an existing tick.

Also don't forget if you have living people on your tree and don't want to broadcast their details go to My Account Details and tick the box saying 'Hide Living Relations'. Jennifer

Remember contacts shows the first name in the tree: for a woman it is usually her maiden name: not their screen name so you may need to ask for this. Anne
