AT LAST i have been looking for months for death of my gt grandparents i didnt have a clue when they died nobody left in family to ask for any info. but today i searched all the death records for england and wales and found a death in1932 which was a good possibility, so i could'ent wait for the cert to come so phoned the records office relevant to our local cemetry gave them the name and year and they could tell me the address where he was living at time of death.this i already new. which was'nt far from where i live now his wife's name was margaret which all this was told to me via the phone this confirmed everything i had on them. the funny part is i have been puting flowers on the grave for years not knowing they were there. i thought i was putting flowers on an old auntie of mine who never had no children only had a wooden cross with her date of birth on and death date but unknowing to me she was burried with her grand parents all this for just one phone call its GREAT. |

Don't fret Julie! Our 'long gone's' aren't going anywhere. They won't mind a bit you not visiting them. They must have known how life is with a new baby. M |

From one Gloria to another, Don't wish to sound whacky but do you think perhaps there may have been something drawing you to that grave other than feeling sorry for an old aunt who had no family? I would be a nice thought if some long lost subconcious memory was at work. No I'm not potty just like to think there are other forces at work. Gloria |
