In that case, Bev, I'd be more inclined to have my tree printed out by Genealogy Printers - it will look so much more impressive and you can have extra details printed on it, that you probably wouldn't have room for if writing it out on a blank pre-printed chart. If you can't afford it yourself, get someone else to pay for it for a Christmas or birthday present (drop BIG hints). Kath. x

Lol Merry!!! Absolutely true actually - I do want to show off! I've worked hard for this though - over the past couple of months, I've got through 2 brick walls - one in spectacular fashion, where the family concerned had an absolute wealth of documentary evidence attached to them dating back to the 1600's. I've absolutely knackered myself collecting and collating all the info, sorting out the names and adding them to my tree and now I want to see them in all their glory!!! Nuffing wrong with that, heh heh heh Bev x

If you have a look at their website you can get an idea of what it's like before you order. The owner of the site, Ron, is a member of Genes, and is very helpful, so if it's something different you want, I'm sure he will be able to help. Kath. x

Genealogy printers do a 15 generation chart that comes folded in a plastic wallet. At the moment you can get two for the price of one - £6. The chart is printed on both sides and when opened out measures 25 x 27 inches. Kath. x

Is there anywhere to download one of those charts where you can put all your ancestors in your direct line (not sure what it's called - generation chart?) that goes back to say, 12 generations? There are lots of Fan Charts but they only seem to do 6 generations at the most. Alternatively, does anyone know a nice neat way of doing this that doesn't take up 10 sheets of paper? Many thanks.
