finally got the 17 remaining certs from my order. One of the certs is clearly wong. The parents don't match the ones I put on order form. The GRO sent me a refund for one cert that they said parents didnt match, so am wondering why they sent me this one. How do I stand returning this wrong one and getting a refund? Thanks Linda

I rather think the only people who could give you a definitive answer would be the GRO. Try e-mailing them..............good luck Reg

For the certificate that came with the wrong parents, are you sure you put the parent's names as a checking point and not just on the first page of the form where you put the child's name and reference numbers? If you put the parents names on this first part, they don't count that as a reference check. The parent's names HAVE to be put under 'reference checking points' for them to do this. If they have sent you the wrong one by mistake, I think you will need the green order sheet that comes back with the certificate to prove what you actually put on the order, to claim a refund. Thanks Kath, I still have the order sheet. I don't think I put a references check for cert, but then I didn't for the one that they didn't send because parents were wrong. Can't understand why they would send one and not the other. Will phone them tomorrow I think Linda
