Ive got several 'The Cottage' and then theres 'By Tollgate' or 'Near farm loke'.

Not necessarily living there, but perhaps found by a zealous enumerator. One of mine was enumerated at the hospital where he worked while the rest of the family was at home.

One of my ancestors was living 'Inside the coal works' in 1851. Well he was a miner- perhaps he did not like to have a long journey to work? His neighbours lived 'by the coal yard'. I would love to know what sort of dwellings they were!!!
