My great aunt and her husband emigrated to Canada at the end of WWI and settled in Leroy. I've been able to piece some information together over the years but I have found out this morning that their dry goods store is now a Heritage Museum. Wish it was a wee bit nearer so I could drop in! Harry Hazeldine born Eastwood Notts c 1876 and his wife Kate (nee Rowbotham) born Caythorpe Lincs June 19th 1875 Sheila |

I know how you feel. I'm in Australia and trying to find the family in England. I have seen pictures of their houses and graves, etc but how I wish I could just walk down their streets. They came out in 1800s, so been here for generations, but it is still so lifelike when I hear about the places. |

Drop an email to the museum, I bet they will be more than pleased to hear from you especially if you give them the details of the people who once owned the place. Good luck |
