Many thanks to all. Any chance of a whip-round for new glasses? Silly me, it was staring me in the face. Their son Edmund is on the next page and John Taylor senr. (presumably father of John junr.) is living next door. |

1881 census, John Taylor age 25, born Claife, Lancashire and living in Claife. RG11/4284 page 4. He's the next to bottom entry on the page. There's something written after Taylor. Ideas please. J |
