Thank you Heather, i knew there must have been a Cooper surname somewhere as Isaac Cooper was a witness at Sarahs wedding and the youngest son was Cooper Sylvia |

Could someone please look in the 1841 census and onwards for this family I have found James Underwood b? married Hannah Tate b? st Margaret leicester in 1808. The only other marriage i found was in Leicester area was 1847, but no Ann/Hannah. not sure if these above are the parents to the children below. just seems too bigger gap between marriage and first child i have found . Mary 1830 James 1833 John 1837 Sarah Ann 1838 (my gt grandmother) Fanny 1840 Joseph 1944 Betsy 1846 Cooper 1849 The dates above are for christenings and have James Underwood and Ann as parents in Melton Mowbray James the father died in 1855 Hopeing the census will give me some insight as to birthdates of the parents Thank you Sylvia |
