Hi Merry. I actually had tomatoes on 2 pieces of toast for breakfast at Kew and it cost £2.60. It was lovely. Fi

Beans on toast (two slices of toast, but only enough beans for one slice) at my local cafe will set you back over £4, so 60p for a spoonful doesn't sound too bad, esp for London!!! (I live 100 miles away!) Glad to hear you found what you were looking for :o)) Merry (actually, you would have thought serving baked beans in a RO would NOT be a wise move??? lol)

Jim, Kew is really accessible for wheelchair users. And the staff are very helpful. They help me photocopy my docs and carry my original documents too and from my locker if i need it. I like going to Kew. Fi

I found the medal rolls for both my Great Grandfather and my Great Grandmother's brother who both served in WW1. And I also found the Great Grandmother's brother mentioned in the War Diary for his Regiment. He saved a life and was awarded the DCM. Fi PS I am sorry i didnt tell anyone was going. I didnt know till this morning. PPS if you see baked beans on display along with the regular lunch stuff at Kew. do not get them. RIP OFF OR WHAT!!. I paid £5.10 for my dinner and cos i had put baked beans on the plate I paid an extra 60p.!!!!!! I told the woman what I thought.
