He may well know a lot more than when he submitted the records.....I don't think you can add to it after the event! Merry |

I don't know the answer to your question, but have a small tip! If you look for the Hindle/Robinson marriage on Family Search you will find just a guestimate record of 1815 showing on a Pedigree Resource File. Normally I would say this might not be worth the paper it's written on (or whatever you say when it's on a computer!), but in this case I do know the researcher who submitted the data and he is an accurate and vigilant researcher. The last I knew he was still at the address recorded (about two or three years ago). I see he has parents for Mr Robinson and a few other bits and pieces........depending on your link with this couple, it could be worth trying to contact him, perhaps??........ Merry |

Hi, I've found two relevant entries in Pallots and their associated images. Can someone help me with identifying the different parishes. Both state 'Hackney', but one seems to have a 'Wst' before it. I would have guessed that means 'west', but on random checks of other Hackney images I found the word 'west' is given in full... so I am a little confused. For reference, the two images are: a) 1815 William Robinson to Eleanor Hindle b) 1828 William Smith to Caroline Curr(e)y AB. PS. On image (a) there is what looks like an 'FS' in the lower left corner. Any ideas? |
