Ah, not twins!! In 1901 Ada is 10 years and Amy is 11 months! So the birth reg I posted is very likely to be the right one! Merry

Were Ada and Amy twins? Ada is 3 months in 1891 and Amy isn't showing up....... Ada should be reg in Q1 1891. This is the only one I can see, but there are none for an Amy at the same time. well i retraced my great gran ma back to her siblins and parents i havnt got my great grans birth cert cus there was 3 to choose from,but all my family were from brum was trying to trace her dad charles back to were he came from bacardi xxx

Sorry, I give up....there are lots of Charles Roberts showing born in Cheshire......I can't see a birth reg that fits for him unless he wasn't born in Chester. I think you will need one of his children's birth certs to get info for the marriage cert and thereby get his father's details. Sorry :o(( Merry

Do you know when he married? Did he have children in 1891? Could you post the 1891 details, as I can't see him. Merry
