Can anyone tell me the easiest way (if there is one), of finding a burial ground. My 3xgt grandfather died Hackney 1887 and I would like to try and find out where he would have been buried. Regards Marie |

I am trying to find where someone is buried too, the best way would be to either ring write or email the cemeteries in that area, although sometimes they were not buried anywhere near where they died. You could try the East of London family history society (www.)eolfhs.org.(uk) remove brackets |
