Judy please can you help me please I keep getting a popup for error safe on my screen I have found a web site 'to get rid of error safe' but don't know if it would be out of the frying pan into the fire. Please can you advise me also as I have Toshiba Satellite lap top that keeps going into hibernation I have taken it to two different people who were supposed to be able to fix it neither have and the last guy said to prop it up on two Cd's so it stays cool I payed nearly 100 dollars for that advice too scared to take it anywhere else as each time it comes back something is missing from it any advice re either problem would be greatly appreciated . HI Brenda, thanks for that I have just also have found a virus in it too which is WinFixer.AZ so that has to be gotten rid of as well too so will try what you say and see what happens surely can't hurt kind regards Lara

Yes have got insurance and it it really needs to have as about ready to throw it in the sea maybe the hibernation business could be the battery except I have never used on the battery much , at the moment we are up the top of Australia in our Caravan and I want to put all my files onto cd but can't as I don't want to put anything with virus included as will then put on desk top at home anyway hopefully Judy may be able to help me still . bye for now Lara

Hi Lara, A very good tech support site that I use (free) is http://forums(.)techguy(.)org (remove brackets). You will have to register and it may take a little while depending who of the volunteers is available, but they will always fix problems for you. I suggest you take a look at the security forum and post on there if you want. Good luck Keith
