Hi Margaret you still having trouble I have noticed this printer does not make that horrible shuffling noise like my HP one did, so wonder what was wrong with it ???. This one seems quieter but lots to get used to.Hope you are up and running again soon. When things go wrong its so annoying isnt it ??? |
