Oooooooh Glen, sounds to me like someone was trying to keep you busy so you would not have time to broadcast your manifesto. Tina PS Ted would never stoop to such depths. Where is Ted? Has he been frightened off? |

I suppose i will get suvkered by this ED mkII,unless someone kindly whispers who it may be. Come to think of it,i got duped yesterday, answered a census lookup with dodgy details,no result, but confirmed the birth and death in consecutive quarters,(midway between census) the thread was deleted and re-posted with the correct place of birth, several tried on the second thread and failed,i resubmitted the bmd refs again, and the tread was deleted a 2nd time and a third request posted for the same lookup. Ed was someone who would rise from the depths every now and then and have everyone running round looking up his family tree - and then repeat the exercise looking for the same people a month or so later. He appears never to have paid out any sort of sub searching for his peeps but would then insult all of those who had helped him under their own steam and at their own expense because we added 'fun' non-genealogical threads on here. |

It isn't unknown for some replies to be added to the threads then the thread header is changed, making some replies look like a the work of a complete numpty. Twas my biggest complaint against him,and some general sideswipes at a few board regulars. Glen |

Most got deleted either by the author,or by GR,there remains bot one that i know of,and it doesn't really represent the typical ED thread. See Dorothys cleaning tips Glen |
