Hi everybody - I apologise for the delay in getting back to you but had to shoot out unexpectedly. Thank you all very much for your efforts. I will print out and digest. I know that Elizabeth was widowed in January 1901 so hoped to find her with young son Walter John RIchards in the census. I couldn't find an address seach i.e. 22 Arica Place, Rotherhithe which was where she was living when her husband died and where she was living when she remarried in 1901 to a person I believe is one of my relatives. I was hoping that the two of them (Elizabeth and John Collins) would be in the same household in the 1901 proving that they at least knew each other prior to Elizabeth being widowed.
