Hi Kim, Glad you got your problem sorted out. I have written to GR support asking them to cancel one of my accounts. I'm not going to bother asking for a refund as it will probably prove to be more hassle than it's worth.

Just had a reply they've taken the old member number off so I should only be on once now. Surely if you're duplicated and active they should give you a refund. Have you contacted Support? Kim

Both my accounts are active so if I get really bored later, I can send myself abusive messages then report me to GR!!! Pam

I've two membership numbers see my thread yesterday I come up twice, I tried to email myself but one is not active They are 283295 and 666707 i've emailed gr but have yet to find what's happened, |I think it might be to do with membership lapsing . The earlier one doesn't work, at least I don't think so! Kim

Thank you for that Jess. Yes they are both full membership. The confusion began when we moved back south last year and our belongings went in to storage for 8 months. We bought a laptop to use as our PC was also in storage. I got a message from GR telling me my account was about to expire although I knew it wasn't, so had to renew my account as I had no proof that my account was still current. I will log on to my other account in a minute, would you be able to let me know that account number? I will title it ' Could someone do me a favour 2' Thanks again..................Pam

the above mesaage is account no 644447 are they both full memberships? if not you will not be able to post from the other one

I seem to be running two different GR accounts and have no clue why! Would some kind person tell me my member number as it appears here then again later when I send a message via my other account? Then I can get on to GR and try to sort this problem out. Many thanks................Pam
