	Very many thanks to everyone who responded to my query. Will print out the replies for reference. Sorry had to leave it yesterday - the plumber came, I then had a Chinese takeaway and promptly fell asleep! It's so good to have so many contacts who are more knowledgeable than me. Thank you all. J
