You did mean 60(sixty) euros. If my maths is right and I wouldn't rely too much on it that's around £40. Somebodys on to a good thing. No I would not pay. Gloria

No I wouldn't - you can get day return flights to Dublin for less than 60 euros. Jay

All I can say is, when I started on my family history I made a similar payment for information. Two years later, when I was far more experienced, I got the same information for free by asking the right people. If I knew then.....

I wouldn't pay it - for that sort of money you could fly over and stay overnight and do a day and a half's research yourself. You'd get much more done and have the satisfaction of doing it yourself and knowing it was done properly.

been trying to find out about my mothers family in ireland had no luck in such a long time. no use asking family, they don't help had email today saying she would do a search for me 60 uro's an hour think it would take 2 hours would you pay that much? i really have not got anywhere with my own searches.
