Hi I have a 'Lila' in my partner's family tree but cannot (probably, quite obviously!) can't find a Lila in the birth records. Now I have a 'Cissie' in my tree who was christened Alice Ada, does anyone have any idea what Lila could be? If it helps, she would have been born in, I believe, the Aston / Birmingahm area between 1895 and 1910. Thanks in advance! Jo

Hi Millie Thanks, that's what I was afraid of - a name that you wouldn't necessarily. I can't find a Lila Sidwell at all so I will maybe have to put her on hold for the time being! Thanks to you all! Jo

Hi Jeanette Thanks ever so much for looking. I missed this because the area doesn't seem quite right. However, it is in the right kind of area so I guess it could be her. Worth a shot at the certificate, I think ... thanks again! Jo
