According to the description of the enumeration district, the address is Smaley. Reg

Could someone help me read the address for John and Ann Brooks on the 1851 census? They live in Meesden in Hertfordshire and they are the 4th household down on page 2 (schedule no.8) Also on the following page (3) (schedule no.12) Matthew Brooks appears with the Watson family and I can't read what it says in the 'Relationship to Head' column.
