Hi Rose I dont know much about her (im hoping for someone to get back to me on looking at her death on ancestry because i have found that). Im pretty sure she was born before 1913 in England in the Yorkshire area. I believe they lived in the new york area the whole time (if that death is right she died in the Delaware area). Also my nan thinks they went over after WW2 Sorry if its going to mean you trawling please dont worry too much. |

Could you please provide year of birth? Have you found her on any US census records or did she come over after WW2? Where in NY did she live? Rose |

Hi Rose If you could look up the name Arndt (Olive and family) that would be great. They seem to be living in New York so im guessing they landed there. Thanks very much for looking |

Hi Robyne, There are several on line records. Ellis Island closed in 1925. Those passenger lists are free to view on their web site. There are also passenger lists for New York, Boston and Philadelphia upto 1945. These you can view on Ancestry if you subscribe to the Immigration Records Index. If you email me the details, I can take a look for you. Rose |
