The 1995/96 edition says it is a 'Directory of the clergy of the Church of England, the Church in Wales, the Scottish Episcopal Church, the Church of Ireland' First issue 1858

Crockfords Directory lists vicars with details of current and previous parishes. Perhaps a county records office might have old editions.

Is there anything like a directory of vicars and rectors. I have a Vicar in my tree and I know where he was between 1907 and 1927 but need to find out where he was before and after. I just wondered if there's an equivalent of trade directory for Vicars ? Thanks everyone Wendy
