I use Winrar which is absolutely brilliant - you can get hold of it at: http://www(.)win-rar(.)com/download.html

If you are using XP and don't have winzip you can compress the folder or file by right clicking, then pick Send to, then Compressed folder. The folder will be compressed as a Zip file and can be opened with Winzip or XP. Mark

Do you have Winzip? If so open you email us usual go to insert go to file attachment Browse and select the file you wish to zip right click on the file select winzip select 'Add to (then the name of the file - should be 2nd one down) your file will now be converted to a zipped file search for your newly zipped file which will be named exactly the same as the original file but will now look like a big old fashioned flower press type thing (sorry the description's not too great!!) select that and you will see it in the message as usual and showing the icon for zipped files. Hope I've made that clear enough to understand Snowdrops

Raymond, The only way I know to do that is by opening the folder that it is in - right click on document you want to send - click on compress and email. It will then give you otions to send in zip or rar. Click on zip and your email box will appear to send a message.... Regards Sara
