Hi guys, sitting in library - still havent got my pc back - and this is SO SLOW - Ive got 1 hour booked and have used half of that already just to get on this and check my emails. Anyway, no news on pc yet - hopefully Ill be back with you all next week. In meantime, just had my hair totally ruined by new hairdresser (it is now a yucky brown and about 6 inches shorter than I told her - oh hum) and neighbour from hell is playing radio 1 so loud as he works on roof its like being in a disco in our house - hence foray to public library. God bless guys - give me love and regards to everyone.

Nope and it won't recognise the memory stick i bought either,so not sure if anything is definately backed up. It won't be until tomorrow at the earliest that Windows gets sorted anyway. Just annoyed this stick thing isn't working now,and the cd writer is playing up too!!! Things are not looking good. Glen

Hi Heather I don't want to suggest conspiracy theory, but these computer problems are catching, aren't they? I'm trying to pluck up the courage to buy a shiny new laptop, but will I be able to set it up all on my ownsome? No way is the firm's IT guy getting anywhere near it. Really glad you've posted on this board, as I was wondering how you were. I feel like a day pupil these days, and after a short vacation a complete stranger to GR. Is Merry on her hols or recovering from her trip to the dentist?
