A few weeks ago someone-may have been OC - setout a very clear letter to accompany the request for a certificate. I copied and saved it -somewhere. If someone can remember where please please could you give it a nudge?? Jennie |

Thank you. that was the one. Have said thanks on the original as well so will delete that one! And yes.... I have now copied it again with a sensible file name that I can find-hopefully. Jennie |
