Hi there, I ordered 4 certificates today with an expected despatch date of 31st August. Are the dates quoted usually pretty accurate or do they vary a lot? Many thanks Jo.

hi they are a lot better lately they were taking longer than estimated but seems to have settled now.

I ordered 2 Certs from the GRO on-line 15th Aug - got them today (24th Aug) in the post (despatch date was stated 21st Aug).

mine were ordered on 16th, dispatch date 22nd arrived today 24th

Thanks very much. I know in the grand scheme of things that its not long to wait but it just seems like forever. I have butterflies in my stomach waiting to find out if they're the right relatives. Jo.

I've just ordered some tonight Joanne, my despatch date is 1st Sept.....hope they are on time...I'll just get bank holiday over and have something to look forward to jean.
