The National Archives at Kew have a whole lot of railway company records. My g-g-father worked for GWR and, if I'd not mixed up the references too late in the day the one time I've been there, I'd have a copy of his personnel records! Christine |

Hi, I have a relative that on the 1861 & 1871 census was living in Paddington, London and whose occupation was Railway Guard. Where can I found out more about his occupation and maybe who he worked for and if there are any records? Thanks Naomi |
