I've just had an e-mail from My Family.com about my Family Tree Maker, Saying that the back up service will expire on Sept 2 2006 unless I pay 9.95$. I have a yearly sub with ancestry .co.uk which was renewed 2 months ago, Does this mean that Family Tree Maker won't automatically connect to Ancestry. Can anyone explain please. Thanks Maggie |

I suggest you go to the online help centre and send an e-mail to FTM support from the helpcentre homepage. There is something about the tree info being stored for you as a backup should you lose your info, but i'm not sure if that is what is being refered to. Heather mentioned it in a thread, but her pooter is poorly and she won't be around for another week or so at least. Glen |
