Could any kind soul with a Nottinghamshire Marriages CD look up the marriage between James Cartlidge/Cartledge & Ann Unknown. Date est c1812 by reference to first IGI christening record (Sarah, 1813 Epperstone), but may be earlier, as James was born c1777 Epperstone. James was probably 3GGF & I would like to be able to identify 3GGM, but no match in IGI or Pallot.

Thanks for that. By reference to his age, I wondered whether he had been married before, and that date would be what you might expect. However 1841 census clearly shows James (65) & Ann (60). I wonder where else I can try in order to find the mystery Mrs Ann Cartlidge?
