Our name was changed by deed poll - but in 1917 and it was listed in the Times newspaper. You might try googling for the name and The Times.

Do you know that they did, or did they just change it?

Does anyone know whether there are records kept of someone who changed their name by deed poll between 1930 and 1952 Thanks Annette
