She thinks that her Dad has been left the money to be split equally between her and her sister, ....I guess she will just have to trust her dad a bit more then. Cheers for answering Sue xx |

Plus Does she know of any of the others who were beneficaries.. who could tell her who else had also benefitted from the Will.. ?? Mo Ohhh My I have just re read.. He has Power of Attorney over the money... He has access to the money // monies.. Power of Attorney is like giving someone access to your bank account... He may of been delving into a little of it.. hence why she is not being allowed to see the Will..and the full extent of her fortune.. Tread Carefully Mo |

Has the will had a reading with the solicitor who drew it up.. as ALL Beneficaries.. would have been asked to attend the reading.. and it would state.. who gets what.. and how much.. and yes it would depend on if there was an age limit on it ..as to and when ..she could withdraw any of the money.. But if I think right when the estate was finally cleared.. she would receive the notice ..and not her Father..of how the deceased had wanted her to have the money monies.. Eg. some kind of Trust fund.. etc.. But also as Executor.. he cannot give her access to the money.. unless all people involved in it agree.. I think that is how it works Mo |

Well...she's in her 40s now so I should think she is old enough...but saying that she knows nothing of what is in the will. Her dad won't show her the will. Sue xx |
