Have had a reply from genes team , they have passed this problem on to their technical team to resolve. They say please bear with us whilst its dealt with. Just thought should let you all know. Kim |

Hi Kim, No it isn't you, I had this trouble weeks ago and have tried loads of times since with no luck. I did put a thread on this board asking for input, but didn't get any replies. So to stop you from thinking there is only you on here wanting to print this I have replied. Ann |

I tried to print' Printer friendly version' of tree using the 'my Ancestors ' on the left menu on this site , but it just comes up completely blank when you select it . Anyone else found this? Or am I doing something wrong? Kim |
