Oh yes! Still trying to tie my Garrard jeweller relations to those 'jewellers to the crown' lot appointed mid 1850's. Can I find a viable link. No! Missing, along with any family heirlooms, lol. |

Just thought,does the 'they can't be mine..........'refer to the lager? Re the other thread,i think i did blooming well getting her so many generations,just wish i'd chucked the odd 'iffy' one in somewhere.The name she wants researching now is quite a local name,and all the women have the same christian name!!Hence she needs a cert or three.Not holding my breath though. And there was me just about to offer you some assistance in tracing GG grandad at Kew. My list of mariners, ships, dates, lost at sea (with the original will) has gone up ten fold. I;m going in 2 weeks, la de dah !! Eat your pants !! |

If only my drawers lit up Glen, Id be in the movies...... I am trying hard to relate a rellie to a couple of familes that although throw up scintilating posibilities, can;t be mine because they are too rich!! The similarities are really tempting, but I have become addicted to tracking them. Have you ever done this? Someone out there has a whole family waiting for them - ready made. |
