It has been supposed to be imminent for the last couple of years, but even more imminent since about May or June this year. I guess we will have to expect it when we see it. I think it is a shame they couldn't provide a batch download facility while they were testing the search program, but it seems that testing the search must have turned out to take longer than they expected. Hi helen am good thx you? well there are 3 free sites to search and get information off, one is free bmd where you can get bmd index off, one is free cen, for census records and the other is free reg for parish records. free reg has been there for about 4 years at least but the search facility isn't up and running yet but says it will be within the next few weeks that was in may lol Nicola |

Does anyone know when Free Reg will be up and runnning to search? It says in the next few weeks, but that was back in May it was last update. Feels like we have all been waiting for forever lol Nicola |
