anyone remember the web site for electoral rolls??

There was a posting a couple of weeks ago and somebody gave an address where you could look up Electoral Rolls. I stupidly didn't book mark the site and can't remember the address. Can anybody help???

Thanks for the replies from Heather and Mike. It was www.192.com It shows directory listings and Electoral Rolls. Yes, you have to pay to access but it does show other occupants of the property.
