help FTM, import SORTED NOW!

hi, I have FTM on 2 computers for security. I know want to import all the data from one to the other, so that they are both up to date. I have exported a GEDCOM from my first computer but how do I import it into the other one? thanks. |

HI Tom I take it you have saved the gedcom to a disk or emailed it to yourself?? Now I don't use ftm but I would imagine that you go to 'file' and select either 'import gedcom' or 'open new tree'?? you should be prompted from there.....That's how I would do it in Roots Magic. Hope this helps Deb |
