Anyone having problems getting into Ancestry?

Haven't been on for a few weeks and when I tried on Wednesday it took a while but I eventually got on. Benn trying now for an hour and getting nowhere. Anyone else got a problem? Andrea

Me too Shelli. Have tried everything I can think of, added .co.uk and .com addresses to trusted sites etc and still nothing. Even techie son can't understand it! I have something really important to do for someone and am getting more and more frustrated by the second!

Since the beginning of July, I have had to clear the cookies on ancestry.co.uk from my Temporary Internet Files folder every time I want to get on to Ancestry. I am not sure why this is happening as I am no expert at all, but at least I can get onto the site! Hope this works for you. Helen

A number of us have had this prob. I have to press F5 every time I want to access main page.
