Sent by post for some certs 27th July....They are always so fast, so when I had heard nothing after 7 days I rang them to make sure they had arrived. I was told that they are moving all the records to a different room, so they are behind and were just now doing the 18th. I don't like to ring again but it is now 11th,........does anyone know if they have caught up yet? Impatient Jean |

Hi Johnathan, Thanks for your reply, I thought they already had Durham Central, Eastern & Western. I normally go through to the office and I get my certs next day, this time I thought I would send a cheque with an order for certs. When I phoned I said how they were normally so fast, she said they were fast normally but they were moving office and were behind. Do you know if they are up to date yet? Jean |
