Help please - problem with Tab key on computer key

Every time I press the 'Tab' key it takes me into the other window which I have open instead of to the next input field! Does anybody know what I can do to make it go back to normal, please? Kate.

hiya is it just tab you having prbs with?? have you checked that your settings within control panel havent changed for some reason? Julie

As far as I know it is just Tab. What would I check on the control panel, please? Kate.

It may be your CTRL key sticking. Try jiggling it up and down a bit to see if that helps.

hiya, if you go into control panel you should have icons there with a keyboard picture, if you click on it ti should tell you if its using UK settings or USA ones, just thought, you havent got any dust/fluff stuck in it have you?? julie

Didn't make any difference. I think I will try a restart and see if that does the trick... Kate.

kate, if restart worked is ok, was gonna suggest doing system restore, but you seem to have sorted it Julie
