I want to start and put my family tree from paper work onto the computer, I am not too sure in which order I should do this------------ if I start with my husband and my parents, brothers and sisters etc. after that do I put the grandparents and their children or the grandparents brothers and sister before I enter their children, ----- hope you follow what I mean?? Hi Betty, Start with yourself and add your spouse and parents etc. If you want to add siblings you will need to add parents first, otherwise there's nothing to tie them together. Rose |

Hi Betty, You will need to add great grandparents before you can add all the grandparent's siblings. Might be easiest if you add all your direct line ancestors first, so you just have your bare bones tree, and then fill in all the siblings and their spouses and children. Rose |
