Have you got a new computer since you last viewed the details of your Grandad? Where is the info you are trying to look at, is it on a website, or on something you load into your computer? Anne

Doreen - exactly where is this file you can't view - saved on your computer or on a website? If it's saved on your computer, youprobably won't be able to open it as asp files aren't really meant to be saved. If it's on a website, what's the url? If you don't know that what's the name of the person and where were you looking. Please reply on this thread, not in a private message.

Files with the extension.asp ASP is the file extension for the Active Server Page associated with an HTML file containing a Microsoft server-processed script. So they are generated each time you load the page on the web. They will save, but when you try to open them offline they don't work because they're looking for information online. So don't save asp files. Select all the information you want on the page and copy/paste into a word document or whatever.
