Hi Bunny Go to the top of your screen and select Tools From the drop down list select Internet Options From the box which pops up click on the box which says Delete Cookies. Depending on the last time it was cleared out it may take a moment or two (or longer if it's really full in there!!). Snowdrops

Hi Thanks for that.. Sorry to sound thick .but how do i delete cookies ( normally son does all that sort thing but he is in Majorca..never around when i need him) Bunny

hiya, firstly try clearing out/ deleting cookies, and browsing history, try logging back in with password, see if that helps Julie

Just renewed mebership.. But for the last few days won't let me on....... Even the home page won't load .....Just a white screen...At the bottom say's DONE..But nothing...Any Ideas what i have done wrong???...Bunny.
