It should come through almost at once, however, they did post a message yesterday to say that Ancestry would be down today (Thursday) for essential maintenance.

Help! Help! We have tried everything we can think of and we still can't get this password. Obviously Ancestry are trying but even though the e-mail page says receiving message nothing comes through. My partner is a IT worker and he can't work out why we can't subscribe. I'm all out of ideas. A tired and dispirited Janice.

It should come almost immediately. If it hasn't you could check your Junk mail folder to see if its been filed as spam by your server/email application. Anne

I'm trying to purchase a subscription to Ancestry and they are supposed to be sending me a new password. How long is this likely to take?
