I've just tried viewing 15 images and had no problems. It looks like the standard solution to Ancestry problems at the moment is to wait for 24 hours and they usually fix themselves. You could try: Deleting your temporary internet files (select Start - settings - Control Panel - Internet options - General - Delete Files in that order). Switching between basic and advanced viewers. Log out of Ancestry and logging back in again. Closing your browser and re-starting it again. Restarting your computer. I don't expect any of those to have more than a 20% chance of working, but if you end up communicating with a helpdesk, they will be the first things they suggest, so you might as well get them out of the way#! cheers!
