Morning Kath, Nr. sunny Wickford! Couldn't look anymore last night as eyes practically bulging. Am putting together a birthday surprise for my aunt who is 80 on Friday. Am in such a muddle. Have papers everywhere. I printed off about 75 photos yesterday and thought my printer would explode. It didn't and performed perfectly. Family have no photos of my grandfather's side of family as he left home in 1931. I have found a lovely lady, 83 years young through this site, who had 2 family photo albums, one dating back to very early 1900s with photos of my gggfather and my ggrandfather and his family. When I first saw them, I was looking through at all the photos and my aunt was looking back at me. There are photos of her and my uncle as teenagers in the album. It was so emotional. She has let me borrow them to copy. It has been a brilliant find and am so excited. This lady also put me in touch with another family member in Kent. We all went off to visit her this week. She looked in albums and saw herself, and her parents. Amazing. Will let you know what happens. Thanks again for tip. Pam. |

For those whose mouse doesn't have a mousewheel, pressing control and + or - will also change the text size. Gordon |

Thank you Kath. I am in Essex too!!!! Very sunny and hot today. Have been printing off an old photo album since 2.00 p.m. Finished at last and thought I would take a look at the Genes site. As eyes are square from all the printing of photos, I was really squinting to read it all. Thanks again. Pam. |

Can someone help me please. I have just logged onto the site and everything has shrunk and is underlined! Is it my computer or has something changed. Not been on here for a couple of weeks. Need magnifying glass to see anything. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks Pam. |
