Jules, Sounds good I will send for the death certificate. I have sent for about 9 certificates which were wrong. I missed this one in Holborn. Thank you so much - will let you know if sucessfull. Cheers, Margaret N |

Help to trace a Death please? I put this notice on earlier in the year but no luck with the results so thought we have different members viewing now who may be able to help. I am trying to trace the death of a lady called Ann/ie Rogers. This lady appeared on the Electoral Roll in Holborn, London until 1932/33. After that only her husband William appeared and remained until he married my mother. On his marriage certificate to my mother he was described as a WIDOW. Just when she died I do not know but will assume about 1932/33. Possible age 45 he was 52 in 1940. I suppose Ann/ie could have been his mother or sister but I hope that she was his wife. I know nothing else about this person and have no one to ask. I have searched Ancestry but either I have missed the death or not been able to identify her. Anyone fancy having a quick search for me please it may save me another visit to London to the records office. Thank you. Margaret N |
