Two matches on ScotlandsPeople for George Sedgwick between 1890 and 1900 but none in Dumfriesshire. So it looks doubtful. J |

My gr grandfather's name is George Sedgwick and he married someone called Amy. Can't find a marriage in England and Wales so thought that Scotland may be the answer. In 1891 he is single but on 1901 census he is married to Amy. They are also married in 1894 when their daughter is born. So I think I'm looking for a marriage between 1891 and 1895. George was born in 1862 and Amy 1870. |
