I have used this site many times and never found a thing but I was determined not to give up glad I didnt it confirms a lot of things I wasnt sure about , and now I know why I could not find his childrens births the ones born before the date of the papers were applied for , are still registered under the right surname not the new one, so have today now found some of the births and a couple of the marriages so well pleased with myself.I hope all their stuff is available online soon well worth it.

Did you find them just by typing the name into the A2A search box? I have 2 or 3 people (Italians) that I thought would have been naturalised, but a search for their names draws a blank.

Good isn't it? Mine listed every address he had lived in since he arrived and in conjunction with the censuses I was able to work out a perfect timeline.
