because they haven't been transcribed yet- are you going to volunteer?- the more that do , the quicker they'll be done. who are you looking for and how sure of the dates are you?

Jenny, You mean the images? There's a software glitch so not every quarter appears. To work around it search on just the first 3 letters of the surname. If that doesn't work, try a surname just before of after yours. Rose

If you mean the images I think they are all there but sometimes there is an error in the transcription so they don't show. I've worked it out as sometimes I've had only 3 quarters in a year or occassionally 5! I can't remember how I did it but look at what quarters you do get and somehow you can work out how to find the missing quarters. Sorry I can't be more helpful but at least if you know there is a way you know to look for it. Toni

sorry I was replying to an email from a contact. I wouldn't mind transcribing but I dont know if I have the brains ha ha. I'm looking for joy willmott born 1912 according to a relative, her brother harry was born in hastings so I should think she was as well, and also my grandmothers sisters marriage, she was annie dance born 1887 rotherhithe and married frank woods but I dont know which year and according to relatives again her children were annie c1909, rosie c1911, oscar c1913 and rodney 1916 who I have found born in suffolk registration district plomesgate.

Jenny, This is on FreeBMD: Marriages Dec 1913 Dance Annie Plomesgate 4a 2373 Woods Frank H Plomesgate 4a 2373 So I think some of the children's birth years must be wrong. Rose

thanks for that rose, annie was married the same year as my grandmother then in 1913 and the other two children will have the mothers surname listed. it was rodney's son who gave me all that wrong info. I'm off shopping now so will answer any more replies when I get back. jenny
